Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so we can determine compatibility.
Insurance
I do not take insurance, but can provide an attending provider statement that can be submitted for reimbursement.

Rates
I base therapy sessions off of a $120 per hour rate.
For reunification services the rate is $150 per hour.
Cancelation Policy
24hrs advance notice is required for cancelations. A $50 fee is charged if less than 24hrs notice is given.
Payment
Cash, Credit Card or check accepted for payment at the time of service.
Paperwork
All paperwork necessary will be provided at the time of the initial session.
