What days/times do you offer therapy sessions?
Therapy sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday 11a.m.-8p.m.
I am available by phone at 9 a.m.
What is the cost per session?
Counseling sessions $120 per hour.
For reunification services the rate is $150 per hour.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance, but can provide an attending provider statement that can be submitted for reimbursement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I take all forms of payment including credit cards, HSA cards, cash, checks, and money oders.
What ages/populations do you work with?
I work with children, adolescents, and adults. So the age range of clients varies from 3 to 73 or older. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, social issues and everything else inbetween. I consider myself as an LGBT+ ally.
What about intake paperwork?
I provide all paperwork at the time of the initial session.
Do you do telehealth sessions?
Yes, I utilize a HIPPA compliant platform for telehealth sessions and can send paperwork for completion prior to the session via DocuSign.
What is EMDR?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a therapeutic intervention in whic I have become certified. I like EMDR because of it being a well rounded approach that addresses cognitions, emotions, and somatic experiences. It is effective for trauma work as well as stuck or blocked thinking.

Where are you located?
My office is located at 240 S. Montezuma St. Suite 204 in Prescott, AZ. The building is a two story building just south of the square with a parking lot in front. There is also parking in the back of the building that is accessed via the alley.
